After you make changes to the room settings, refresh the cache to make the modifications available to patrons.
You can edit the name, layout, and description of a room. When you change the title or description of a room, they are changed for that room in all profiles. These settings apply only to the room in the current profile. If you want to apply these setting to other profiles, use Cascade Room Settings to Profiles (for more information, see Copying room settings to other profiles).
After you make changes to the room settings, refresh the cache to make the modifications available to patrons.
To edit room properties
| 1 | Log in to the Admin Console. |
| 2 | Choose Rooms from the navigation pane. |
| 3 | Select the profile in which you want to work. |
| 4 | Navigate to the room in which you want to edit the room properties. |
| 5 | Choose the Edit Room Properties option on the same line as the room. |
| 6 | Change the settings as needed. (For more information, see Fields: Add/Edit Room.) |
| 7 | When you have finished editing the properties, choose OK to save the changes and close the page or Cancel to close the page without saving the changes. |
